Morbier with Khar

Morbier is a traditional French cheese known for its smooth texture and distinctive appearance. It is creamy with subtle nutty and caramel notes. We have added Khar, banana rind ash which is used in Assamese cuisine to add alkalinity to our Morbier that runs through the middle, giving it a striking look. Perfect for cheese boards, sandwiches, or melting into dishes.
